The former owner of Thomas Technical Search, Parker Thomas has more than 20 years of experience recruiting in the engineering industry. He also served as a managing partner for Atlanta-based McHale and Associates prior to joining the JRP Group in 2005. He has filled positions with such companies as Lockwood Green, Rosser International, Scientific Atlanta, Parsons International and Skanska USA Civil. Parker's focus continues to be in the Civil Engineering Industry in the Southeastern United States with a focus on Project Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators, with a recent placement of a Project Manager with Clark Construction Company in Tampa, FL.
