Andi has a diverse background in a variety of industries ranging from her six years spent on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in the Eurodollar pit to her most recent position at ProLogis, a large industrial REIT, in which worked within the build to suit and fund management departments on a national basis. She received her B.A. in History from the University of Arizona and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and is a member of the Colorado Bar.

Andi specializes in the recruitment of investment professionals, from senior level to analysts, within direct and secondary private equity firms. Andi also works within the family office arena filling a variety of positions from analysts to portfolio managers. The majority of Andi's candidates are, or are in process of becoming, Chartered Financial Analysts. "My goal is to make what could be one of the most important decisions in a person's life, one that they can feel certain about."
