Shiv's background has involved developing business relationships with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies across the globe. In his prior roles in the worlds of renewable energy and international telecom; he was recognized for his contract negotiation and deal making skills to great acclaim. As an executive search consultant, he specializes on technical positions in Finance which encompass SEC reporting, Tax, M&A but has also assisted C-level executives champion their next career move.
Shiv is an avid networker and recognizes that to be at the core of his success. As the President of the PennWharton Club of CO (alumni association of the University of Pennsylvania) and co-Chair of the Ivy League Presidents Council, he routinely interacts with high profile executives in various industries.
